Why do I need a web site?
This is probably the most frequently asked question. A web site is the easiest way to advertise and sell your products/services. In no better way can a potential customer navigate and interact with your products and services than on the World Wide Web. In a matter of minutes a person can learn where your company is located, who is in charge, how many people work there, what you sell, how you sell it, where you sell it, for how much it is sold... the possibilities are endless.
A web site also enables you to compete with other companies. Chances are your competition already has a web site up and running, with people visiting it every day. Your company could be losing potential online customers by not establishing a web site of your own.
Why should I have a feedback form on my site?
In this day and age, people are logging onto the internet from places other than their own home. In addition to this, not everyone subscribes to mobile email services such as Yahoo! or Hotmail. Together, these facts show that many people are not able to view or send email from computers other than their own. All web sites should have a feedback form available for their visitors to submit information without requiring them to use an email program. With a feedback form, a visitor can simply fill out a few fields on a certain page within your web site, and the information can be sent to you without the need of a third party email program. This technique is a must-have for all online companies that are dependent on consumer feedback.
Should my company's domain name have a .COM at the end of it?
Yes. Web addresses with .COM at the end are designated commercial sites. Although there are no official rules governing the registration of .COM, .NET, or .ORG domain names, .NET domain names are usually associated with internet servicing companies and .ORG domain names are typically for non-profit organizations.

I want to put my business on the web, do you offer e-commerce services?
Absolutely! However, RJB Web Design cannot offer a set pricing table for our e-commerce services. Every business is different, and some have a smaller volume of products than others. Obviously a smaller store will be less expensive to create than a large one. For this reason we offer you a free quote for your business. To submit a request for a free quote, with no obligation, visit our Contact Us page and check the "E-Commerce" box under "Check interests which apply." Tell us as much as you can about your business and the number of products you intend to sell in the space for additional information/comments. We will send you a free quote for our services upon receiving and reviewing your information.

* Meta-tags are lines of text embedded into a web page. They cannot be seen by people visiting your pages. Meta-tags are primarily used to identify your pages to search engines. When search engines review your site, they read the meta-tags and electronically store the information they find (a description of your site, keywords... etc.).
